Jerzy has more than 30 years of experience in Maritime and Power Industry. As an Electrical Officer he spent more than 10 years on different seagoing vessels including Fishing Trawlers and Bulk Carriers.
Jerzy was working 20 years for Wartsila on various positions including Power Plants Commissioning Engineer, Commissioning Quality Coordinator, Field Service Coordinator and Field Service Team Leader.
He is a very experienced and well trained engineer with very high leadership skills.
Jerzy received the MSc in Electrical and BSc in Mechanical Engineering on Maritime University in Gdynia.

Stanislaw has almost 40 years’ experience in shipbuilding and ship repair industry in Poland and abroad. For 20 years he held senior management positions in the main Polish shipyards: Gdansk Shipyard and Gdynia Shipyard. He is very experienced in project management and vessels delivery coordination. Stanislaw was a leader in a number of projects executed abroad. Has a very wide technical knowledge of ship building and ship repair.
Stanislaw received the MEng from Naval Architecture Faculty of GDAŃSK TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY.

Piotr has more than 30 years’ experience in financial management and capital markets. He was a Member of the Management Board of Elektrim S.A. and a member of the Supervisory Boards in a number of key Polish companies i.a. Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa (ERA), Warta S.A., Bydgoska Fabryka Kabli S.A. and Mostostal Warszawa S.A.. He is an expert in finance, investment and capital raising. Has a vast experience in financial restructuring and advisory.
Piotr received an MA and PH.D in economics from WARSAW UNIVERSITY and a post degree Diploma from the UNIVERSITY OF AMSTERDAM.

Wojtek has more than 30 years’ experience in marine and power sectors. Worked at power plant construction sites, later delivery and sales of power plants in Southern Asia. For 20 years he was leading Sulzer and Wartsila teams in Poland, active in shipbuilding, ship repair and power plant business development on Polish and global market. He is a professional in providing engineering services for marine, power and other industries. Has a broad technical knowledge and leadership experience.
Wojtek received the MEng from Power Plant Faculty of Czech Technical University in Prague and Certificate in Business Administration from SKILs in Finland.
